  3. 원격 기능 데이터: 원격 스크린샷(JPEG), 생성 시각, 명령 데이터
  4. 광고 관련 정보(모바일): Google AdMob을 통해 광고 식별자(GAID), 기기 정보, 광고 상호작용 데이터가 수집될 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역(EEA) 사용자에게는 사전 동의를 받습니다.
  5. 오류/진단 데이터: Firebase Crashlytics를 통해 앱 충돌 로그 및 기기 상태가 수집됩니다.

2. 이용 목적

  1. 로그인/본인 식별 및 계정 연동
  2. 모바일-PC 동기화 및 원격 제어 기능 제공
  3. 서비스 운영, 장애 대응, 보안 및 부정 이용 방지

3. 보관 및 파기

  • 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
  • 탈퇴 요청 시 7일 유예 후 계정 관련 데이터를 삭제합니다.
  • 탈퇴 요청일로부터 30일간 재가입 제한이 적용될 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 관련 데이터는 Google의 데이터 보존 정책에 따릅니다.

5. 국제 데이터 이전

7. 아동 개인정보

ProgressEye Privacy Policy

ProgressEye (the "Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy applies to both the Android mobile app and the Windows PC app.

1. Data We Collect

  1. Account/identity data: email, display name, Firebase UID
  2. Device/usage data: device_id, app version, platform, monitoring settings and status
  3. Remote feature data: remote screenshot (JPEG), created timestamp, command metadata
  4. Advertising data (mobile): Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (GAID), device information, and ad interaction data. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) are asked for consent before ads are shown.
  5. Error/diagnostic data: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs and device state for stability monitoring.

2. Purposes of Processing

  1. Authentication and account linking
  2. Mobile-PC synchronization and remote control features
  3. Service operations, troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention
  4. Ad serving for free tier operation via Google AdMob

3. Retention and Deletion

  • Data is retained only as long as required for service operation.
  • After withdrawal request, data is deleted after a 7-day grace period.
  • A 30-day rejoin restriction may apply from withdrawal request date.
